At Tri Point Flooring, we value your trust and strive to provide top-notch hardwood flooring services. To initiate a project, we require a 10% deposit from all of our clients. We appreciate you and look forward to serving you with the finest craftsmanship in hardwood flooring.
1. Deposit Policy.
We require a 10% non-refundable deposit of the total project cost upon booking any of our services. This deposit is necessary to secure your reservation and schedule our team for the installation or refinish project. Your 10% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the homeowner for any reason. Schedule changes can be accommodated to the next available opening.
2. Furniture Relocation.
Prior to our arrival, homeowners are responsible for moving all furniture and belongings from the work area. Our team is not responsible for damages to furniture or appliances if moved as a courtesy to the homeowner.
3. Paint Touch-Ups.
Please note that our hardwood flooring services do not include paint touch-ups or any other services related to wall or trim finishing. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to address any paint touch-ups or related matters independently.
4. Moisture Management.
Maintaining proper moisture content and relative humidity in the home and crawl space is the responsibility of the homeowner. Failure to do so may result in moisture-related issues and void warranty.
5. Craftmanship Warranty.
Our hardwood flooring installations and hardwood refinishes come with a one-year craftsmanship warranty. However, this warranty does not cover issues related to abuse, normal wear and tear, moisture and/or humidity. Excessive or lack of moisture are the homeowner’s responsibility.
6. Power. Property must be equipped with power and at normal living conditions. We will need 220V outlet for every hardwood refinish. If you do not have one, please reach out to your local electrician prior to our arrival.
